Co-owners, Rachel and Emma have known each other for over 2 decades, first meeting one another at preschool. Rachel and Emma began dancing competitively on the same team by age 8, and continued to train alongside one another through senior year of high school, and into adulthood. They have always found inspiration in one another, and have a relationship built on the trust, honesty, and loyalty that comes with their many years of friendship.Their mutual passion for dance ignited their vision of RDA! It's a passion that's contagious, spreading from the founders to their students!
